About Eric
Travel better. Spend smarter. Experience more.
For as long as I can remember, I have loved to travel. Throughout my life, I have been fortunate to visit more than 30 countries and nearly all 50 states. But there's something I've enjoyed almost as much as the travel itself: figuring out how to make those experiences cost less.
I believe you shouldn't have to spend a lot of money to travel and experience all the world has to offer. And when I say "not spend a lot of money" I don't mean sacrificing comfort. I'm not a hostel-and-backpack kind of traveler. I enjoy great hotels, premium flights, incredible food, and memorable experiences with my family.
I just don't believe you should have to pay full price for them. That's where points and rewards come in.
The philosophy
You are already spending the money. Make it work harder.
I started Max Your Rewards because I was already doing this for everyone around me. For years, friends, family, and coworkers would come to me with questions:
"Which credit card should I get?"
"What should I do with all these points?"
"How did you get that flight for so little?"
I genuinely enjoyed helping them figure it out. What I realized was that most people weren't necessarily missing out because they didn't spend enough. They were missing out because they didn't have a strategy. And that applies to everyone. We all spend money on groceries, gas, transportation, entertainment, business expenses, and more.
The question is: what are you getting back? Too often, the answer, if anything, is a basic 1% cash-back reward or a pile of points that eventually go unused. I think you can do better. My goal isn't to convince you to spend more money. It's actually the complete opposite. I want to help you get more from the money you're already spending.
With the right strategy, everyday expenses can potentially become:
- Flights that would otherwise cost thousands of dollars
- Luxury hotel stays
- Business- or first-class experiences
- Family vacations you might not otherwise be willing to pay for
- Experiences and memories that last far longer than the points themselves
You're already spending the money. Let's figure out how to make it work harder for you. That's the philosophy behind Max Your Rewards.
A little more about me
Built for people who do not have time to make points another hobby.
I have a demanding career, a family, and the same challenge most busy people face: there are never enough hours in the day.
That's actually a big part of why I understand the people I want to help. You don't need another hobby. You don't need to spend hours watching YouTube videos trying to understand airline award charts. And you certainly don't need to become a points expert yourself.
You need someone you can trust to help you understand what's possible and show you how to get there.
I've spent years learning the ins and outs of credit card rewards, airline miles, hotel points, and travel redemptions, and I'm still learning every day. I don't claim to know everything. What I do know is how much value can be sitting right in front of you when you have the right strategy.
From points to places
Rewards matter because they can become real experiences.

Why Max Your Rewards?
This is about what points can do for you.
Ultimately, this isn't about credit cards. It's not even really about points. It's about what those points can do for you.
It's about taking your family somewhere you've always wanted to go.
It's about upgrading the experience without upgrading the price.
It's about turning money you're already spending into memories you'll talk about for years.
That's why I started Max Your Rewards. I'm here to help you get more out of what you already have and hopefully inspire you to see just how far your rewards can take you.
I'm glad you're here.

Testimonials
Trips that became possible with a better rewards strategy.
"The team at Max Your Rewards completely changed the way I think about travel rewards. They helped my family of four accumulate and use points to book four nonstop round-trip flights from Newark to Frankfurt, Germany, for less than $300 total. They also helped us secure five nights at a high-quality Marriott property for no out-of-pocket cost. What could have easily been an $8,000-$10,000 trip ended up costing us less than 10% of that. The team took something that felt complicated and made it incredibly easy. We got to have an amazing family trip without spending anywhere close to what we expected."
"The team at Max Your Rewards helped us turn the points we were already earning into an incredible trip to Portugal. They built a strategy around our existing business and personal spending, showing us how to strategically use the right cards so we could maximize points we otherwise would have left on the table. Using those points, we booked nonstop round-trip flights from the East Coast to Porto, returning from Lisbon, along with five-star accommodations in both cities. What impressed me most was that the strategy didn't require us to spend more, it simply helped us earn more from the spending we were already doing. Max Your Rewards took something that seemed complicated and turned it into a clear plan that delivered an incredible trip."
"Eric from the team at Max Your Rewards helped me plan a quick weekend trip to New York City and showed me how to use credit card rewards I didn't even realize I had access to. He helped me secure five-star accommodations that would have easily cost more than $600 per night, but my total out-of-pocket cost for the hotel was $0. The best part was how simple he made the process. During our one-on-one call, Eric walked me through strategies I could use with the points I already had and helped me turn them into real value. Without his guidance, I would have paid full price for the same stay."
